Job summary

Precision Replacement Parts is seeking a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator in Wisconsin to safely store, locate, and label stock, using a stand-up reach truck and wireless scan gun.

The role includes FIFO put-away, moving stock to primary picking locations, performing cycle counts, updating labels for inventory accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment; lifting up to 50 lbs daily, with heavier loads occasionally.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate stand up reach truck forklift for 8-10 hours daily.
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs daily and up to 100 lbs rarely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with forklift preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently put away stock inventory.
• Move down stock into primary picking locations using FIFO.
• Update labeling and adjust inventory accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts.
• Other duties as assigned including loading/unloading trucks, problem solving discrepancies, warehouse cleaning, repackaging, order picking.

Safely, accurately and efficiently put away over stock inventory

Down stock inventory into primary picking locations using FIFO

Update labeling and make adjustments for inventory accuracy

Perform cycle counts

Other duties as assigned (may include loading or unloading trucks, problem solving inventory discrepancies, warehouse cleaning, repackaging, order picking)

Requirements:

Ability to safely operate stand up reach truck forklift for 8-10 hours per day

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. daily and up to 100 lbs. rarely

Ability to multi-task, prioritize job duties and have a keen sense of attention to detail

Use computer and wireless scan gun

Complete daily checklist and perform user level maintenance with training

Able to work and communicate safely and effectively in a team environment

Previous experience with forklift preferred

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Hours:

9 – 5 Monday thru Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
