The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and products.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate inventory handling.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Stage materials for production and shipping departments.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Work Environment

This position is based on the production floor in a manufacturing environment, working in close proximity to operating equipment and ongoing production activities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frankfort, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $20.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
