TRACHTE BUILDING SYSTEMS INC in Sun Prairie, WI is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving associate for second shift (3 PM - 11 PM). Responsibilities include loading/unloading with cranes, operating forklifts, and preparing FedEx/LTL shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Must read orders, maintain inventory, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and prior shipping/receiving experience; forklift operation and basic computer shipping
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior Shipping & Receiving experience required.
- Must be able to safely operate an industrial power truck.
- Prior computer experience in Shipping software desired but will train the right candidate.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work under deadline pressure.
Responsabilités
- Operate cranes and forklifts to load/unload material from trucks.
- Read and interpret purchase orders and packing lists for accuracy.
- Prepare FedEx shipments and use shipping software to print labels.
- Package and secure items for LTL shipments and truck loading.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in staging orders for shipment.
