Job summary

Amerhart is seeking a full-time 1st Shift Material Handler at our Sun Prairie, WI facility to join our VALUES based organization. Primary duties include shipping, receiving, and stocking warehouse material while supporting the Operations team and upholding safety policies.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour. Candidates should have forklift experience, be team players, and show initiative to maintain accurate inventory and efficient workflow in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Neat and team-oriented with safety focus.
• Strong communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and replenish warehouse locations.
• Pick orders using a forklift and report shortages or damage.
• Use handheld scanner for receiving, picking, loading, and cycle counting.
• Coordinate with WMS Coordinator for questions and updates.
• Band, wrap, and prepare material for shipping; manage weight distribution.
• Follow safety procedures and cross-train others as needed.
