Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring for a warehouse/loader role in Willis, TX. The position supports loading/unloading, operates a forklift and overhead crane, and performs daily inventory tasks at the Willis site.

Base pay rate is $16.75 per hour. Requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and forklift/crane certifications. Full-time with comprehensive benefits; site address 16355 HWY 75 N, Willis, TX 77378.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A combination of education and experience may be qualifying.
• Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.

Responsibilities

• Perform material and product loading and unloading activities using a forklift, overhead crane and construction tools.
• Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage.
• Assist co-workers and customers.
• Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas.
• Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment.
