Job summary

Upchurch is seeking a Material Handler to support field and warehouse operations in the Southeast. You will receive, organize, and deliver HVAC-related materials, piping, and equipment to job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and accurate staging.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, unloading shipments, maintaining inventory records, and supporting safety compliance across sites. A CDL and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required, with opportunities for professional growth and

Qualifications

• CDL license required.
• Experience with construction materials is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials for warehouse and job sites.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Receive deliveries and verify against purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in a clean, safe manner.
• Deliver materials to project sites as requested by managers and supervisors.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory records in company systems.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA standards while handling materials.
• Support warehouse staff and field teams with additional duties as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
