Job summary

KOHLS seeks a Material Handler to prepare, process and move merchandise safely and accurately according to established rates and guidelines.

You will be cross-trained to support multiple departments, helping the business stay efficient and responsive to store needs. Available shifts include Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm, Mon-Thurs 6pm-4am, and Fri-Sun 6am-5pm or 6pm-5am; selection is based on availability and cannot be changed after the offer is sent.

Qualifications

• Must understand and follow rules, training, and safety instructions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Able to multitask effectively across functions.
• Willingness to complete company training and cross-train in at least two departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise: pick, pack, prepare, ship orders and handle returns; load/unload trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports and monitor operations.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, communicating with vendors, associates and locations as needed.
• Promote a safe work environment by following all safety rules and reporting violations.
