Job summary

Kohl's is seeking Material Handlers in a full-time capacity. You will prepare, process, and move merchandise safely and efficiently, cross-training across departments to meet business needs. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and weekend options with a starting pay plus shift differential.

You will handle receiving, packing, shipping, data entry, and customer/vendor communications, while upholding safety, attendance, and policy standards in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English to understand and follow safety rules and instructions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to different departments.
• Willingness to cross-train in at least two departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns and loading and unloading trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service, including communication with vendors, associates and locations.
• Promote a safe work environment by following OSHA and company safety rules and promptly reporting violations.
• Comply with all company policies and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to dress code.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and work designated shifts and overtime as needed.
