Job summary

ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules GmbH in Duncan, USA, is looking for a material handler to support the production line and ensure FIFO presentation of direct materials to WIP. The role involves operating equipment, managing packaging, and maintaining accurate system transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Minimum one year material handling experience
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Frequently lifts materials weighing up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Present direct material to WIP via FIFO as required
• Stock assembly lines per FIFO
• Maintain replenishment stock in WIP and overflow bins
• Complete all system transactions accurately and timely
• Consolidate returnable packaging and place in correct area
• Consolidate disposable packaging and deliver to recycling area
• Cycle counts inventory and transport scrap as directed
• Support Quality/Supplier sorting and 100% inspections at Duncan Systems
• Move quality approved inventory to/from inspection area
• Maintain a clean work area through housekeeping practices
• Comply with Production Quality Management Systems and directives
• Complete special projects to meet internal and external customer needs
