Job summary

ZF Foxconn in Duncan, SC is seeking a Material Handler to support line operations. You will present direct materials to WIP using FIFO, stock assembly lines, and manage returnable/disposable packaging, while ensuring accurate system transactions and clean work areas.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of OJT with ZF, and at least one year of material handling experience, along with strong communication and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Presents direct material to WIP via FIFO and stocks assembly lines.
• Maintains replenishment stock in WIP and overflow bins.
• Completes system transactions accurately and promptly.
• Consolidates returnable packaging and disposables to the proper areas.
• Performs cycle counts and transports scrap as directed.
• Supports quality/supplier sorting and inspections.
• Keeps a clean work area through housekeeping practices.
• Complies with internal and external quality directives.
• Performs special projects to meet customer needs.
