FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group company, seeks a Material Handler to organize SMT line materials and manage inventory in our production environment. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the PMH Department in a production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Material Handler will manage SMT line materials, process finished goods, and assist the PMH Department as needed,

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or a warehouse environment.
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Organize SMT Line Carts with labeling showing Line, Module, Side, and Feeder Location.
• Manage MSD material handling, moisture exposure monitoring, sealing verification, and documentation.
• Maintain WMS records with scanning, reconciliation, and location management.
• Coordinate finished goods movement between production and warehouse per pickup schedules.
• Perform SMT operations including reel merging and offline feeder loading with documentation.
• Maintain communication between Warehouse and Production for material flow.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to align stock with WMS.
• Implement and maintain 5S standards in material storage areas.
• Assist in training new team members on material handling and WMS operation.
• Monitor and report material consumption trends to support optimization.
