Job summary

D&B Supply in Kuna, ID is seeking a Material Handler to load, unload, stock, and manage inventory for a busy feed and general merchandise operation. You will work inside the store and in the yard under all weather conditions, using hand tools and forklifts as needed.

The role emphasizes maintaining feed department stock, assisting customers, and performing routine inventory checks, with a High School diploma or GED required and forklift certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Material Handler with working knowledge of inventory systems and proper storage methods preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, count, weigh, measure, code and store materials on or from freight vehicles.
• Move material using material handling tools including by-hand, hand truck, pallet jack, dolly, or forklifts.
• Open crates and cartons; wrap and secure material on pallets for distribution.
• Stock shelves and sales floor; assist in maintaining inventory and stock rotation.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor; assist in inbound freight checks and periodic inventory.
