Job summary

DB-Supply-LLC seeks a dependable Material Handler to load, unload, and move products for storage and distribution. The role emphasizes keeping our feed department stocked in-store and in the yard, in all weather.

You will operate forklifts and other handling tools, perform inventory checks, and ensure safe handling with accurate record keeping. Expect regular lifts up to 75 pounds and active participation in resets and stock rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Material Handler or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory systems, storage methods and record keeping.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 75 pounds regularly and participate in manual material handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive, load, unload, count, weigh, measure, code and store materials from freight vehicles.
• Operate material handling tools and equipment, including forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, dolly.
• Open crates and containers using hammers and cutting tools, then store items on pallets.
• Wrap and secure materials on pallets for distribution and transport.
• Stock shelves and all sales floor areas to maintain inventory levels.
• Report discrepancies in receiving to supervision.
• Assist in periodic/perpetual inventory and stock rotation.
• Spot trucks, perform inbound freight checks, and assist with freight verification.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment, and assist with remodels or reconstructions.
