Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with or without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Reads work orders to determine materials to be moved.
• Loads/unloads materials from pallets and transports them within the plant, yard, or site.
• Operates industrial truck or hoist to move materials as required.
• Records units moved on production sheets and attaches tags or labels as needed.
• Assists with securing loads for transit and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
