Job summary

ADB Companies seeks a Material Handler to support material loading, unloading, and organization in a warehouse/yard setting. You will assist field teams with materials, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure safety compliance across operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a strong safety mindset. A valid driver license and forklift experience are preferred; CDL is strongly preferred. High school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Material Handling/Logistics or Inventory.
• CDL license or ability to drive company vehicle preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; ability to obtain within 90 days.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Move materials, tools, and equipment within yard/warehouse; load/unload and organize.
• Build strong relationships with internal crews and subcontractors for material needs.
• Safely operate forklift, backhoe, or other equipment.
• Deliver materials to active project sites as needed.
• Maintain yard and shop cleanliness; assist with pricing gathered materials.
