Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Waterloo, IA. The role suits candidates with warehouse, production, forklift, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience who enjoy active, team-based work.

The position keeps materials moving to support production goals and customer demand, with full-time hours and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, or general labor roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload materials from equipment and storage locations.
• Scan products and follow instructions for accurate inventory movement.
• Support forklift operators and production teams with material flow.
• Handle totes, containers, and packaging throughout production stages.
• Prepare items for shipment or processing and maintain clean work areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
• Follow safety, quality and production procedures.
