Aerotek in Anoka, MN is hiring Material Handlers to support production operations in a large manufacturing and warehouse environment. You will pick, stage, and transport parts and materials to ensure production teams have what they need, with ample safety and organization requirements.

The role involves extensive walking, stocking, and learning to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other devices. Apply for steady shifts and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in steel-toed boots.
• Basic reading and writing skills for inventory and work order documentation.
• Willingness to learn forklift and warehouse equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage parts and materials for production orders.
• Retrieve inventory from warehouse locations and deliver materials to production areas.
• Transport materials using carts, pallet jacks, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment.
• Operate cherry pickers and lifts to retrieve inventory from elevated storage locations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory replenishment activities.
• Learn and operate stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory and work order documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support production teams by ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time.
