Job summary

Veroskills is seeking a dependable Material Handler in Carson, CA for a temporary shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri, weekends as needed). You will move materials, assist with packing, and support inventory tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to read instructions, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with RF scanners are preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dependable Material Handler to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Carson, CA. In this temporary role, you’ll help keep materials moving safely and accurately through the facility so orders, inventory, and shipments stay on track. This is a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Load, unload, move, sort, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse using equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and dollies as needed.
• Pick, pack, and label items to prepare them for shipment.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including counting, recording, and reporting discrepancies.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any damage or malfunctions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety guidelines, company policies, and daily operating procedures.
• Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals.
