Job summary

ACME CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY in Glendale, AZ is hiring a Material Handler to fulfill orders, organize inventory and support loading/unloading deliveries. The role is full-time and Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Candidates should have at least one year in a similar role, experience with RF devices and forklift operation, and a detail-oriented, team-focused attitude. Monthly incentive bonus after 90 days applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar warehouse or material handling role.
• Experience with RF devices is a plus.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and order processing.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience and ability to maintain forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Locate material and pull orders using RF/warehouse procedures.
• Unload product using forklift and hand loading; put away in designated areas.
• Check in incoming product against purchase orders.
• Meet or exceed goals for order pulling and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and assemble products for custom non-stock orders.
• Operate forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.
• Assist will-call service by loading customer orders or unloading returns.
• Assist with kitting duties such as transfers and labeling.
• May perform cycle counts; collaborate with management to optimize workflow.
• Participate in material handling training; perform other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
