Job summary

Irby Utilities is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. You will use RF devices and run material handling equipment to fulfill orders while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized work environment.

The role may require night and weekend shifts to support storm response and peak periods. Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Ability to read/write/communicate in English to perform duties and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and move materials within or near the work site.
• Fill orders using RF devices and issue materials per requests.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks).
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Support inventory management practices and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to safety policies and keep work area clean.
