Job summary

Foamcraft in Elkhart, IN is seeking a hands-on, full-time worker to prepare and package foam products for shipment. You will operate an industrial forklift and assist with material handling while following safety rules.

The role emphasizes staying busy, keeping materials organized, and supporting the team as we deliver reliable foam solutions. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is helpful—but not required.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• If you’ve done physical, fast-paced work before, you’ll likely do well here.

Responsibilities

• Gather materials to ensure proper order completion.
• Pack foam in the proper quantities.
• Move materials throughout the department safely and efficiently.
• Unload and load trucks as instructed.
• Lifting and moving materials (up to ~50 lbs at times).
