Flexible Concepts, Inc. in Elkhart, IN is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler to keep production moving by safely transporting materials throughout the facility, indoors and outdoors. This full-time hourly role requires operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining inventory.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to support multiple departments and production schedules, while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Experienced forklift operator in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Safety-focused with an excellent work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable with excellent attendance—dependability is essential for this position.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Able to adapt to changing production priorities.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Work closely with Production, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to support production schedules.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate material movement and inventory records.
