Job summary

EIMCo is seeking a warehouse associate to safely move and organize materials in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Farley, IA. You will load/unload, assemble containers, and document daily activities while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, operate forklifts, and follow detailed shop travelers and blueprints. Training is provided, with comprehensive benefits and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be trained on the EIMCo manufacturing process.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to move, stock, or reorganize materials and supplies.
• Provide loading, unloading, and moving services per EIMCo requests.
• Load/unload materials from vehicles with proper strapping and bracing.
• Assemble crates, boxes, and other containers for shipment and movement.
• Count and weigh items to verify accuracy.
• Package parts according to EIMCo standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate daily records in Shop Travelers and ERP system.
• Follow EIMCo documentation and safety procedures.
• Inform supervisors of any issues with parts.
