Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 3+ months of experience in material handling/warehouse operations.
• Ability to use hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools and forklifts.
• Ability to become certified as a PIT operator and complete in-house certifications.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative with accuracy, deadlines, and reporting.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret simple data.

Responsibilities

• Move products throughout the distribution center, loading and unloading trailers.
• Use the warehouse management system to record movements and inventory.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks safely and maintain forklift certification.
• Prepare goods for shipment and ensure proper documentation (POs, BOLs, receipts).
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with cGMP/ SOPs.
• Rotate through material handler duties as needed and support inventory controls.
