Job summary

GNC in Whitestown, IN is seeking a Material Handler to support our distribution center operations. You will move product through loading and unloading trailers, use PIT equipment, and keep materials flowing to manufacturing and shipping teams.

You will work with Red Prairie WMS and RF scanners, maintain forklift certification, document shipments with POs and BOLs, and help ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in material handling and inventory accuracy is a plus.
• Ability to operate PIT equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move product through the DC via loading/unloading of trailers.
• Proficient use of Red Prairie WMS and RF scanners to track inventory.
• Maintain forklift certification and operate PITs safely.
• Load/unload trailers using PITs and manual methods.
• Prepare shipments with correct documentation (POs, BOLs, receipts).
• Monitor weights/quantities and resolve discrepancies.
• Keep manufacturing lines stocked and organized.
• Follow SOPs and cGMPs; rotate through roles as needed.
• Operate other warehouse equipment and report safety issues.
