Job summary

Outdoor Cap Company, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Material Handler 1 to support our Bentonville distribution center. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the DC, with emphasis on accurate order picking and safe handling.

You will work under the Team Lead, performing labeling, packing and bin organization tasks while maintaining efficiency and a strong safety mindset. Training provided for entry-level candidates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ years of distribution center experience.
• Lift certifications a plus.
• MS Office and WMS experience preferred for Level 3.

Responsibilities

• Reads shipment summaries, POs, packing lists, BOMs, and related documents.
• Accurately and efficiently pick orders with minimal supervision.
• Assist Team Lead to label and verify information on cartons per guidelines.
• Move freight between racks, keep bins stocked and organized.
• Sort packages by SKU for receiving and loading onto trailers.
• Use hand-held scanners or tagging guns as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Commit to attendance and overtime as required.
