Job summary

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Expeditor to support our manufacturing operations. This role ensures materials, components, and supplies are delivered on time to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience in manufacturing or warehousing, with forklift familiarity and ERP system usage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
Experience using an ERP system for inventory or material transactions preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
Deliver materials to production departments based on schedules and work orders.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
Expedite materials to meet production deadlines.
Stage materials for upcoming production jobs.
Verify materials against work orders and packing slips.
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training provided).
Collaborate with Production, Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing, and Quality teams.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
