Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Material Handler to support the plant’s material flow, receiving, staging, and shipping HVAC equipment and materials. You will help move parts to the manufacturing floor, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety in all procedures.

The role requires teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, ship HVAC equipment and materials.
• Offload and prepare items for staging using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and labeling; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Support manufacturing by transporting components to the floor per safety and quality standards.
• Rotate duties and stations as needed to support safety and productivity.
