The role includes driving, route sequencing, loading/unloading, and inventory checks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year truck driving experience with 26 ft vehicle or larger, or supervised exposure to Johnstone equipment/vehicles.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain on the job.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow DOT/state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicles and power equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and verify deliveries; complete required paperwork and POD documentation.
• Plan routes, meet schedules, and communicate delivery status to supervisors.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections; report defects promptly.
