Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Material Handler in Huntley, IL to manage the flow of parts, load and unload to conveyors, and support inventory accuracy. You will work with RF scanners, sort, protect, and rack parts, and ensure correct stocking methods across cells.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years manufacturing experience; ability to stand all day and lift up to 30 pounds; strong communication and safety mindset required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand all day and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Experience operating an RF scanner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer parts between work cells as needed.
• Prepare parts for storage and hanging, protect and sort.
• Use RF scanner to request or return components.
• Maintain inventory, identify defective parts, and track quantities.
• Support 5S housekeeping and safety procedures.
