Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems seeks an organized warehouse associate to handle shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock control tasks. You will use SAP S/4-HANA to manage material movement, perform cycle counts, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lbs, forklift operation, and Hazmat handling experience where applicable. You will collaborate with teams to maintain secure, compliant storage and timely material flow, supporting defense

• Knowledge of SAP S/4-HANA and material management processes.
• 1+ year of related experience with warehouse operations.
• Experience in stockroom, receiving, shipping, or warehouse settings.
• Ability to operate hand tools, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; able to lift 30 lbs.

Responsabilités

THE WORK

• Performs manual and clerical shipping/receiving, storage, and/or stock control duties, which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data.
• Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
• Conducts storage tasks, including material inventory reports, picking material, putting away material, cyclic counts, batch code changes, shelf life reports, and inventory adjustment reports.
• Performs daily stock control reporting in SAP and communicates with customers.
• Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials.
• Prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading.
• Routes materials to designated destinations.

Basic Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP S/4-HANA
• 1 or more years of related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a stockroom, receiving, shipping, or warehouse environment
• Ability to operate hand tools, forklifts, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Must be able to bend and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Previous experience with Hazmat shipments and paperwork
• Previous experience with inventory management of materials
• This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration

Desired Skills

• Extensive working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA-(using transaction codes) for material management, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
• Hands-on experience with Hazmat shipment and receiving regulations, documentation, and safety protocols
• Proven experience conducting internal and external audits, with a track record of providing actionable feedback to improve processes, systems, and safety initiatives
• Demonstrated experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficientlyExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $35600.00 - $66000.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
