Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Material Handler for 2nd shift in Greensboro, NC. You will operate forklifts to receive and move materials, perform replenishments, and pick/ship orders using standard systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma plus warehouse experience; SAP knowledge is a plus, and you must be able to work on 2nd shift in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years warehouse experience preferred; others considered.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate with detail; basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment certification required.
• Hazardous Waste and DOT certification preferred.
• English speaking/writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to move materials.
• Perform replenishments, pallet picks, bin-to-bin transactions.
• Process customer orders using RF scanners and manage shipments.
• Conduct cycle and bin counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of ATTP, GREMS, and SAP receiving procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Using stand-up and sit-down forklifts, receive and complete movement of materials to the appropriate locations.
• Perform replenishments, full pallet picks, bin to bin transactions, and other various systematic movement tasks.
• Fill standard customer orders utilizing RF scanner and load TL/LTL/Parcel shipments accurately and securely.
• Perform cycle and bin counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a working knowledge of ATTP system and GREMS application as well as a strong working knowledge of SAP transactions specific to receiving.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations is preferred. However, a combination of experience and /or education will be taken into consideration.
• Must possess knowledge of warehouse processes.
• Must possess strong communication and writing skills.
• Must be accurate, precise and pay close attention to detail.
• Must possess basic computer skills with working knowledge of warehouse proprietary software.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Powered Industrial Equipment certification required.
• Hazardous Waste and DOT certification are preferred.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
