Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock AR is seeking a Material Handler on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-3pm) to move materials, unload trailers, and support assembly and fabrication areas. You will use scan guns and powered equipment to ensure accurate transactions and inventory.

No prior warehouse experience required; training provided. The role offers Day ONE benefits, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K, weekly pay, and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to operate powered equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move materials through receiving dock, warehouse, and assembly areas.
• Ensure accurate transactions and inventory using scan guns.
• Work safely and cooperatively on 1st shift.
