Job summary

Caterpillar North Little Rock is hiring a Material Handler for the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7am–3pm). You will move material throughout receiving, warehouse, and assembly areas using scan guns, ensuring accurate inventory and timely transactions.

The role requires safety commitment and teamwork to keep parts available for machine builds. Starting wage is $19.35/hour with a comprehensive benefits package; overtime may be available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous work or volunteer experience; warehouse experience not required as training is provided.
• Willingness and ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Willingness to walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to adapt to various operations.
• Willingness and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be committed to working safely all day every day.
• Work as a team to ensure parts and components are available when needed to build our machines.
• Utilize powered vehicles to unload material from trailers and move material to proper locations.
• Own the work you do, actively seeking to learn and improve to ensure safety and quality.
