Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Operate material handling equipment.
• Operate packaging tools (machine and hand).
• Use RF devices for accurate material tracking.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

• Previous warehouse and forklift/side loader experience.
• High school education or GED preferred.
• Good mathematical skills.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to read a tape measure to the sixteenth inch; experience with micrometers and calipers is a plus.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Dependability, good attendance, and punctuality are essential.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety.

Equipment Knowledge:

• Experience with computers.
• Experience with cutting and banding equipment is a plus.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including cranes and forklifts. Must pass evaluation to work independently.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for 80% of the day.
• Ability to bend, stoop, push, and pull.
• Ability to climb into and out of a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; frequently lift or carry objects up to 25 lbs.

Work Environment:

• Primarily industrial, may involve noise, dust, and temperature variations.
• Must adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
