Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Shift: B Shift; Wed - Sat 5am-3:30pm

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and ensure order accuracy.
Maintain organization within the warehouse by properly storing products in designated areas.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to supervisors promptly.
Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical stamina, as the role requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Basic math skills for order verification and inventory counting.
