Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking meticulous Material Handlers for all shifts to support cleanroom manufacturing and fulfillment operations. You will kit custom orders, inspect quality, and prepare products for dispatch to clients with strict adherence to cleanliness and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities include assembling kits, performing final inspections, securely packaging, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, basic math; ability to navigate computer systems.
• High accuracy and accountability; final filter for product quality.
• Ability to follow strict contamination control procedures and SOPs.
• Stand for extended periods; lift/move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Prior cleanroom or detail-heavy warehouse experience is a plus.

Position Overview

We are seeking meticulous and quality-focused Material Handlers for all shifts to support our cleanroom manufacturing and fulfillment operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately kitting custom orders and preparing products for final client dispatch. As the last line of defense before items reach our clients, your attention to detail ensures that every outgoing package meets our high quality, cleanliness, and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cleanroom Order Kitting: Accurately assemble, stage, and kit materials and finished products within a cleanroom environment according to strict client specifications and work instructions.

Quality Assurance & Final Inspection: Serve as the final point of inspection, verifying order contents, part numbers, and quantities to guarantee zero-defect shipments.

Packaging & Client Dispatch: Securely package, label, and stage completed kits for shipment, ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols and shipping regulations.

Documentation & Record Keeping: Accurately record lot numbers, complete batch records, and update digital inventory logs with clear written detail.

Inventory & Station Care: Maintain an organized, fully stocked, and compliant cleanroom work area to streamline kitting workflows.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Fundamental Skills: Strong proficiency in reading, writing, basic math (counting, calculations), and general computer navigation.


• Detail Orientation: High degree of accuracy and accountability; pride in serving as the final filter for product quality.


• Cleanroom Standards: Ability to follow strict contamination control procedures, cleanroom gowned requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform precise hand movement, and lift/move materials up to 30-50 lbs as required.


• Experience: Prior experience in cleanroom environments, assembly, kitting, or detail-heavy warehouse roles is a plus.

Dress Code

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
