Job summary

Kingspan Insulation in Winchester, VA is hiring a forklift operator to support production and packaging operations. You will load trucks, operate forklift and conveyors, and ensure safe, efficient material flow.

Performs all work in a safe manner;promotes and fosters aclean,safe work environment.

Able to charge batteries and refuel propane on lift truck.

Supplies production with products, services and materials as needed.

Operates automatic packagingmachines, forklifts,conveyors andmaintainstaping and labeling containers.

Load variety of trucks such as vans, flat bed trailers, less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments and intermodal.

Completes daily inspection on lift equipment,reports anyassociated maintenance problemsandmaintainsproper fuel levels (battery or gas).

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent plusone (1)year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills,knowledge,and ability.
