Job summary

ProAmpac in Neenah, WI is seeking a Material Handler to support production of high quality packaging. You will monitor material flow, move raw materials with clamp trucks or forklifts, and help ensure accurate stock and efficient workflows.

This on-site role features a rotating schedule with 4 days on, 4 days off on 12-hour shifts, plus quarterly bonuses, premium pay on weekends, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift and clamp trucks.
• Basic mechanical and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine centers and stock areas with raw materials and work-in-process inventory using clamp and/or fork trucks.
• Receive raw materials using clamp and/or fork trucks.
• Ship finished goods using clamp and/or fork trucks.
• Pump resin from rail cars to silo as needed.
• May be required to perform other housekeeping and/or manufacturing related functions.

Your Role as a Material Handler:

As a Material handler, you’ll play a vital role in helping us produce high-quality printed packaging. You’ll work closely with a all departments and operators to ensure smooth operations and top-notch results.
