Job summary

ProAmpac, a global leader in flexible packaging, is recruiting a Material Handler in Neenah, WI. You will support production by monitoring materials, receiving inputs, and shipping finished goods using forklifts and clamp trucks.

The role requires basic mechanical and math skills and a strong team focus. We offer a rotating 4 days on/4 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts, attendance bonuses, premium pay on weekends, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts/clamp trucks in a warehouse setting.
• Basic mechanical and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine centers and stock areas with raw materials and WIP using clamp/fork trucks.
• Receive raw materials with clamp/fork trucks and prepare shipments of finished goods.
• Assist in housekeeping and other manufacturing tasks as needed.
• Support production by ensuring accurate inventory and smooth material flow.
