Job summary

Wisconsin Converting, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations in Green Bay. You will move materials, assist with picking, and help with shipping, under a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires forklift operation, strong attention to inventory accuracy, and reliable use of ERP systems. Work is on 2nd shift, 10-hour days, with start times around 4:00–6:00 p.m., and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Material-handling experience preferred.
• Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• ERP or inventory management system experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Supply production equipment with required raw materials and move finished goods to storage.
• Scan and record inventory movements in company systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Pick customer orders and verify product identity, quantity, and condition.
• Palletize, shrink-wrap, weigh, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts, bin audits, and other inventory verification.
• Replenish picking locations and return unused materials to storage.
• Assist with staging outbound shipments and provide shipping support.
• Communicate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and production areas.
• Follow all company policies, safety, inventory, and equipment procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
