Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and comprehension for following instructions and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow instructions to identify materials to move.
• Open containers to verify counts and specifications.
• Load and unload materials onto/off pallets and shelves by hand.
• Operate forklift and overhead hoist to move materials (if trained).
• Secure loads with strapping, padding, or bracing.
