Job summary

Jr Manufacturing on-site in Coldwater, OH is seeking a dependable team member to support production operations. You will follow safety policies, help ensure quality parts, and assist in meeting efficiency targets while completing duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Responsibilities include loading tubes, weighing and labeling, moving containers to shipping, and assisting in benders/welders. We expect professionalism and 5S organization, with overtime as needed to keep production flowing.

• Enforcement of Safety policy
• Make sure Quality parts are being made, stop production if defective or unsafe parts or conditions appear
• Load tubes into hoppers
• Weigh, label, and move full containers to shipping rows
• Bring empty containers to operators as needed
• Bring components/containers/etc. to benders/welders
• Help with shipping/receiving if needed
• Empty wood bundling hopper and scrap hoppers during shift
• Ensure 5's activities are being implemented and monitored
• Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes
• Work overtime with little or no notice
• Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management
• All other duties as assigned by your Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager

Salary Range: $21.51 - $25.41 Hourly

Position Summary: Tasks given by Team Leader daily, ensure that your responsibilities are completed in a Safe Manner, while ensuring Quality of product and Efficiencies are exceeded.
