• Be willing to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists.
• Report defects and identify the need for repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Material Handler - 3rd shift to join their team. As a Material Handler - 3rd shift, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler - 3rd shift

Location: Miami Lakes, FL

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30pm to 7:00am

What's the Job?

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

• Operate handheld scanners to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.

• Be willing to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists.

• Report defects and identify the need for repairs to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift frequently between 1 - 29 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with team lifting for heavier loads.

• Comfort working at heights and standing/walking on concrete or anti-fatigue mats throughout shifts.

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use required PPE at all times.

• Experience with warehouse equipment such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, or sit-down forklifts is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks accurately.
