Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Material Handler - 2nd shift for our Miami Lakes, FL facility. You will safely perform material handling, use handheld scanners, and operate forklift equipment after training.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with overtime and a 2:30pm–11:00pm schedule, Monday through Friday. Training provided with opportunities for growth and a safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate forklift equipment with proper training and certification.
• Comfort with heights and physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work in changing temperatures and overtime when required.
• Adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform material handling and warehousing processes including receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanners to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.
• Be willing to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists.
• Report defects and need for repairs to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
