The Material Handler is responsible for supporting production processes through various tasks. These include moving work-in-progress materials on the production floor, staging finished goods, truck loading, receiving raw materials, and managing raw materials and finished goods. The role involves administrative duties, preparing paperwork for materials, handling scrap parts, and operating equipment such as forklifts, handheld plasma cutters, acetylene torches, and overhead cranes (5 & 10 ton) with rigging.
