Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Ames, IA is seeking a Packaging (3rd Shift) worker for a long-term temporary role with a strong likelihood of full-time hire. The position is located in Ames, Iowa, and pays starting at $19.25 per hour including a $1.00 shift differential.

Packaging (3rd Shift)

Our client is looking for an individual to work in their packaging department. This is a long term temporary position with the high probability of being hired full time, located in Ames, Iowa.

Starting Pay: $18.25 +$1.00 shift differential = $19.25/Hour

Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am (Sunday 11:00pm- Thursday 7:00am)

Duties:

• Perform duties that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting or counting products.


• Opening a box of product and putting them on the table.


• Selecting 3 of each product and placing into a box.


• Taping the box shut.

Requirements:

• Must be within 15 minutes of the plant


• Ability to stand for an 8 hour shift and lift up to 15-20 pounds throughout the shift.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, safely.


• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull.


• High school diploma or equivalent
