Job summary

O'Neal Steel LLC in Mobile, AL is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd shift. You will load and unload materials in a warehouse using forklifts, cranes, conveyors and other equipment, following established procedures.

The role requires reading a tape measure, operating a variety of material handling tools, and delivering high quality work to internal and external customers. Overtime may be required; background check and drug test upon offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a variety of hand tools including grinders, banders, drills, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Provide high quality work to internal and external customers as related to the output of the position.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment including forklift, overhead crane, stacker crane, side loader, yard dog, etc.
• Use a variety of hand tools including grinders, banders, drills, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.
• Accurately read a tape measure.
• Provide high quality work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
