Job summary

Exmark, a division of The Toro Company, Beatrice, Nebraska, is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly Technician to help build finished products. You will follow standard work instructions, gather parts and tools, and fasten components using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools to ensure quality assembly.

This role emphasizes safety and 5S practices, with opportunities to learn across multiple assembly stations and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform assembly duties and follow standard work instructions.
• Some technical knowledge and ability to follow procedures.
• Experience using power tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Performing assembly duties to produce a finished product.
• Preparing work by following standard work instructions; gathering parts, tools, and materials.
• Bolting, screwing, clipping or otherwise fastening parts together using a variety of hand tools (electric and pneumatic).
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, regulations, and active participation in all 5S efforts and initiative.
• Learning a variety of different assembly stations.
