Eaton’s ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Material Handler - 2nd Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $23.62 per hour plus a $.50 per hour shift differential. The regularly scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate all mobile equipment and lifting systems safely and efficiently.
• Operate rigging equipment including nylon straps, wire braided straps, wire braided chain slings, sheet stock handler, rail rack attachment, and spreader bars.
• Operate a forklift, crane, and combi lift.
• Wear fall protection body harness and lanyard.

Qualifications

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment (e.g., stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, crane, combi-lift).
• No relocation benefit; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Troy, IL will be considered, except active-duty military service members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience.
